Yes! Basic membership is completely free and gives you access to universal login, member discounts, and the ability to earn UmmahPoints. Pro membership ($5.55/month) unlocks additional benefits like 2x points earning and priority access.

Which websites can I use UmmahPass with?

Currently, you can use UmmahPass to log into MuslimTorrents and UmmahPlaces. More platforms are being added regularly, including UmmahArmy and UmmahJobs (coming soon).

What's the difference between Basic and Pro?

Both tiers include universal login and member discounts. The key differences are:

• Basic (Free): Earn points at 50% rate
• Pro ($5.55/month): Earn points at 100% rate (2x), priority support, early access to new features

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Log into your dashboard and click "Upgrade to Pro." You'll be taken to a secure checkout powered by Stripe. Your Pro benefits activate immediately after payment.

Can I cancel Pro anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard. You'll continue to have Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I earn UmmahPoints?

You can earn points through various activities:

• 500 points for signing up
• 1,000 points when a friend you referred upgrades to Pro
• Points for activities on partner platforms
• Bonus points for special promotions

What can I do with my points?

UmmahPoints can be redeemed for rewards and perks across the ecosystem. We're continually adding new redemption options. Stay tuned for exciting rewards!

Do points expire?

Points remain valid as long as your account is active. If your account is inactive for 12 months, points may expire. Keep using UmmahPass to maintain your balance!

How do discounts work?

Participating Muslim-owned businesses offer exclusive discounts to UmmahPass members. Each business sets their own discount percentage (typically 10-20%). Simply show your UmmahPass membership when making a purchase.

What is Muslim verification?

Verification is an optional process that confirms you as a member of the Muslim community. Verified members get a badge on their profile and may access exclusive features on partner platforms.

How do I get verified?

There are several ways to verify:

• Video verification (recite the Shahada)
• Mosque code (get a code from your local mosque)
• Referral from verified members

Is verification required?

No, verification is completely optional. You can use all core features of UmmahPass without being verified. Verification simply adds an extra layer of trust.

How is my data protected?

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from your Profile settings. This will permanently remove your data from our systems. Note that this action cannot be undone.
